As a Real Estate Broker/Agent who lives in the Greater Sacramento Area and has for most of my life, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a certain expertise about the area, including Granite Bay, where I live. My goal is to use that knowledge to help you find the right community, then the right neighborhood, and finally the right home. I wish it was that easy but there are a tremendous number of factors, like schools, lifestyles, proximity to jobs, recreation, family, that go into that equation and calculation. Unlike math, there isn't just one right answer. Together we can find the best fit, and the compromises you're willing to live with....if it comes to that.

Those real estate referrals only come with time and a job well done. I truly enjoy the Real Estate Business and most of the time don't even feel like I'm at work. I value the relationships I've gained while helping clients meet their real estate needs. For that reason my clients find it easy to refer me. They also use my resources for home repairs and remodeling long after closing. I hope that we can develop that long lasting relationship as well.
