At Home in Granite Bay and the Sacramento Area 


As a Real Estate Broker/Agent who lives in the Greater Sacramento Area and has for most of my life, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a certain expertise about the area, including Granite Bay, where I live. My goal is to use that knowledge to help you find the right community, then the right neighborhood, and finally the right home. I wish it was that easy but there are a tremendous number of factors, like schools, lifestyles, proximity to jobs, recreation, family, that go into that equation and calculation.  Unlike math, there isn't just one right answer. Together we can find the best fit, and the compromises you're willing to live with....if it comes to that.

It's important to find an agent that thinks beyond finding a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in your price range. That's usually not be enough for long term satisfaction. Perhaps you are looking for a city lifestyle with a low walk-score, or maybe a home overlooking the Sacramento or American Rivers. It could be a home close to bike trails, running paths, or one in a prestigious gated neighborhood. Whatever it is you need a real estate broker who is willing to ask the questions, listen to the answers, and sort through the details with you.

My specialties are in Luxury homes, Single Family Homes, Land, and Residential Investment Properties.  Most of my business comes from past clients, and real estate referrals. Those real estate referrals only come with time and a job well done. I truly enjoy the Real Estate Business and most of the time don't even feel like I'm at work. I provide a Comparative Market Analysis that approaches real estate valuation from several perspectives to determine the fair market value of their home, or other real estate investment. There are so many variables in peoples lives, and real estate needs, that there is no "one size fits all" approach. Some sellers want to test the market and sell only if the right buyer comes along. Remember  oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
